Generally there is a $350 fee for a consultation with Greer Law Firm, but we do offer a free case evaluation.

Does consultation fee apply to overall legal fees?

Typically, if you retain Greer Law Firm for representation after a consultation, the consultation fee will be discounted from the overall fees for representation.

What do I need to file an eviction?

Generally, an eviction requires the following: A 30-day notice (where applicable), a 3-day notice, proof of ownership, rental registration (where applicable)
